The name Sydney is a French name. To make the name have that specific flow to it, try chosing a French middle name. I'm looking through a baby book right now to give you a few examples:
Cera "colorful"
Damica "open spirited"
Merie "secretive; blackbird"
Rochelle "small and strong-willed" (one of your picks)
to name a few. Also remember that when you chose a name it won't really have that "flow" to it until you are accustomed to calling your baby by name.

Because you have more than one syllable (sorry for incorrect spelling) in both first and last names, it's supposed to be best to just have one syllable for the middle name, however its your choice and people are rarely called by their full names anyway aren't they?
Sydney Rose Lassiter is a nice one???
Try www.babynamesworld.com for the best suggestions, they have thousands of lovely names and the meaning behind them.
I do love the name Sydney, I live in Sydney myself and never thought of it as a name for my baby, its lovely.
Congratulations by the way.

What immediately came to my mind was "Sydney Shaw Lassiter", even though "Shaw" is really last name rather than girl's name, but it sounds really classy! (Think George Bernard Shaw, maybe she would become a famous writer!)
Of those already mentioned above, I like Sydney Marie, by the way.
