It's already started. My daughter will never discern right and wrong, good and evil. She will never eat of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. I know, it is a parable, but some of us know the meaning of that parable, have understood it in Aramaic, and have practiced avoiding the practice it warns man against and seen the wonders of the world free of the influence of the "tree".

Lies do fill the world, but my daughter will see through them. She does not divide the world into good people vs. evil people. Right action vs. wrong action.

Her mind will encompass more than the simplistic thinking than has driven mankind since Eden. She will see reality as it is, and no more, and that one simple limit will open the universe to her.

That is the sole legacy of my direct experience of God. No message, not mission. Just teaching my daughter the wisdom I was granted by a God who revealed himself to me when I had no reason or great value to anyone. If that is all I do in my life, it is enough.

I don't look forward to all the lies, but my daughter will never lose her innocence to 'discerning right from wrong'. She will love everyone, be strong enough to say, "no", and not judge, simply choose with foresight and honor.

Based on the state of the world the majority of the people alive today cannot discern right from wrong.

Prooooably not....Illlll go... 60/40

And you know right and wrong are based on morals and culture. Believe it or not but almost everyone knows the difference between right and wrong. Its just some choose to ignore it. So while the world may fill with lies, I think that everyone will still know what their doing is wrong. They just wont care.

Just teach your child not to listen to the ones that are wrong.
