I am currently living in NY. I will be moving to PA. When I move and get a new licence, when I get a new insurance company, will the new company know of my accedents and tickets from NY?

If they don't right away, I'm sure they will eventually.

When you get your license and turn in your old one (or even if you claim you don't have one and start over) they will know about your former license and past tickets and accidents quite quickly. If you didn't tell them about your NY license, they may just revoke your PA one, so don't try it.
