Someone told me that Yorkshire Terriers did not drool because of their nature, is this ture can anyone answer this question?

Quite a lot of dogs do not drool either, i have had several, including mongrels!

Yep i can cos i havee had a yorkshire terrier for 17 years and she has not once drooled whereas i have a bullterrier and this dog does drool when it has done excercise or when it is hungry! Yorkshire terriers also have a very good fur coat as they do not malt in summer or winter.

No they don't drool, I know from first hand experience because a Friend that I work with has a Yorkie and she has been with us now for almost a year at work, and not once has she drooled, any where

All dogs drool- it's just that the ones with big rubbery faces drool more- and they have a great system of storing it up all day until they are resting their head on your knee, and then just letting it all go! Yorkies are only little so they make less. They can still have awful breath though!

I've had my Yorkie 6 years and have never seen a drop of drool. He does have bad teeth and that has caused him to have RANCID breath, but no drool.

I don't know about Terriers...but small dogs in general don't drool. My Pomeranian has never drooled, not even once.

I have a yorkie who is three and I haven't seen him drool.

Yorkies dont drool, but they still have wet tounges & like to lick you. They also dont shed.

i have never seen one drool but i guess it is possible kind of like us we do not drool around ppl but when we sleep it is on....
