The lowest calorie thing is spirit & diet mixer. As long as you dont go for anything creamy like baileys.
Stick to vodka/gin etc.
Wine is the worst thing you can have.

Don't drink the wine... mix vodka with low calorie drink Crystal Light... if you exercise enough you can still drink Light Beer and enough to get really drunk on Friday and Saturday and still lose weight, just do not eat junk food or fatty foods while drinking or late at night when your wasted....

Any spirit is the lowest in calories.
compared to beer or wine they are much purer in alcohol content
meaning they do not contain the amount of sugar as beer or wine do. This does not mean that they are much better in helping weight loss because alcohol actually decreases the body's ability to break down body fat and other nutriants. And further more alcohol gives you cravings for fatty foods.

As far as i know the best drink to have with the least amount of calories is Vodka and Diet 7up/Coke etc. also because vodka is a clear sprit you won't have too much of a banging head in the morning. As far as i know coors light is low in fat aswell if your a beer drinker. One of the worst is shots mixed with red bull although there very tasty they are high in sugar and calories. Hope this is of some help.

Any of the white or clear spirits like gin and vodka are really low in cal's. Cider is quite a good one too if you fancy apint or two. The most popular drink though for people watching thier cal's is white wine and soda. ENJOY!!

there was a write up in some magazine this month... i think it was shape or glamour. anyway one of the lowest cal drinks was a wine spritzer and something along the lines as a shot of rum and diet coke... but remember there are articles saying diet soda's causes more effect of the alcohol faster.. somethin like that

Wine is fattening but you can have a white wine spritzer which is far lower in calories. I was on a diet but wine was stopping me losing weight. Vodka and diet tonic is a good one.

Wine and beer are bad, but I am on a low carb diet and I drink scotch and diet coke or have it with iced water! But be careful what you eat with it!
