over immaginations, wild thinking, i want to come out this

hey even i have problem of illusion i can guess what will happan in future.... its gods gift this is not problem
u having wild thinking so u wanna make ur illusion positive???
do one think while sleeping time u pray to god... "hey god i m yours, ur mine... i come in ur door plz help me , my illution can help human bings"

if u are having illusions while walking, try to avoid eye contacts with people while walking, that is except your friends or non-strangers and instead concentrate on walking.
if u are having illusions while doing something, excep walking, then u must seriously consider going into a religion with the right attitude if after discussing it with your friends or counsellor doesn't work well.

i have sometimes had this problem. Try first to concentrate very hard on one thing that you know is actually there. Then slowly think through what is actually there. Then breathe very deeply and see what is actually going on and what are the things your mind has imagined to be going on or going to happen. what is really true fact. think very slowly of one thing at a time. i find this is sometimes caused by trying to think of too many things and problems at one time if all are worrisome to the mind and emotions.
