If you are a tourist, then you cannot spend more than US $10,000 or whatever is in your bank whichever is less. If you are a student studying abroad, then there is no limit. You can spend the entire tuition amount and the living expenses.

Using your international debit card, u cannot spend more than you have on your account. :)

As the name suggests, it is a 'debit' card, not a 'credit' one.

25000 USD is what an Indian can spend on a trip.Anything more will attract FERA violations
