Im not too sure, but I know that some guys get really turned on by foot cleavage. (When you wear shoes that have a toe opening.) I once had a guy kiss my foot whilst I was playing a game of pool with him. I said you dont know where my foot has been! He still kept kissing it! I was like oh well, I could never kiss sum1s foot that has been who knows where.

Well in my own experience that percentage is standing at more than 5%. I would say that each man has FIVE areas of Interest when it comes to a woman's body.
There are those who do have a foot fetish
those that have a thing for gorgeous legs
those that have a thing for gorgeous breasts
those that have a thing for a nice butt
and those who look at your face and are mezmerized....
