I'm a Japanese high school student and I visited Korea last month for school trip and stayed at a Korean family for one night. Here I'm back in Japan, I want to write to the family to thank them. I know if I know Korean I can write to them soon, but I know very little. And the family don't use English, then, could you please translate these sentenses below to Korean with Korean letters? I know I'm pretty selfish, but I want to use Korean for them.
I'm going to study Korean after getting into a university next year.

"Hello Hye Jin,
How have you been doing since we met last month? I'm sorry to be very late to write to you late. Do you remember me? And how's your family? I'm sorry but I can't write Korea, so I'm writing in English. So please ask someone around you who can read Englsih to translate my letter into Korean."

Hello, I'm a Korean and I think my translation would be the most exact one. I myself added some more helpful words. If you have any other question, just e-mail me.

***write down your name in korean letters such as 마츠오, 나오미, etc.

Some of the above answers are incorrect, they use the polite form of addressing an adult, and from what it seems, Hye Jin is 9 years old! Hye Jin is a name that could be spelled two ways...

헤진아, 안녕? or 해진아, 안녕?
Hello Hye Jin?

잘지넸니?
How have you been?

늦게 답변해서 미얀해.
I'm sorry my reply/letter is late

난 기억하지?
Do you remember me?

엄마, 아빠는 어떻게 지네셔?
How is your mom, dad doing?

원레 영어로 쓴 편지인데, 누가 한글로 번역헤 줬어.
Originally, I wrote this in English, but someone translated it into Korean for me.

서툴다면, 미얀해!
Sorry if this is brief!

내년에 대학들어가고 나서, 한글 배울려고.
After getting into a university next year, I am going to study Korean.

그땐 조금더 길고 직접 쓸께!
Hopefully I can write you a longer letter then!

Hope that helps! Of course, I added some extra couple of lines at the bottom, those are optional.

안녕하세요,
잘 지냈니? 후회하다, 늦어서 죄송합니다 답변하다. 제가 안녕하세요? 영문 쓰다 못 하다. 한역하다 이거 . 미안해요.

The above reads:
Hello,
How have you been? I am sorry for the late reply. How's your family? This is translated. Sorry.
