Hollywood Special effects.

No it's not a program, they already start with the sharp photo and make other blurred images of it. Then for the show, or any other movie they reverse the process so you see them making it clear. Instead of the way they made it originally from sharp to blurry.
Any good graphic software has a sharpen function, but NOTHING like what your asking for.
NASA and THE FBI have special "guarded" software that can help clear images some. But not like Hollywood where it's ALL FAKE.

None that offer the level of sophisitication that are available commercially. You might be able to do some magic with photoshop, but it's severely limited. Even software that police departments/the government use requires large clusters of servers to process the photo in a reasonable amount of time. Technology simply isn't good enough yet.

I like both but lately Miami's been getting on my nerves with too many personal stuff. Sure H's still cool but there's too much going on. So right now I prefer LV
