Lemon juice IS a preservative. It's a natural preservative.

If you buy the lemon juice, just store it in the refridgerator.
It should last for years.

If you squeeze it yourself, from lemons, you can pour it into ice cube trays and freeze it. The reason for freezing it, if you squeeze it yourself, is because there will be traces of lemon pulp in it. The pulp can go bad and contaminate the juice.

i do no longer think of you may. because sparkling lemon juice has no preservatives, there is no longer something in it to maintain it from going undesirable. only save it interior the refrigerator, and it could final for a minimum of a week. If I have been you, i could only save the lemons complete and purely squeeze them suitable once you want them. Or there is often bottled lemon juice, which lasts longer and tastes only superb.
