So Ive been overweight for some time now, about five minuets to be exact, I just cant put this brownie down im afraid I might grow to prepetual sizes and not where it counts, or only kinda counts as some people pointed out in my last question.

Wait your using a fork with a brownie? An inactive metabolism is key to gaining weight. You can't say no because you've convinced yourself that you can't. Instant gratification is one of the modern worlds greatest downfalls. Be patient with yourself and be positive with everything, do not disbelieve that you are capable of anything. After all that criss guy can levitate in front of hundreds of people in any placwe at any time.

I have been put on a diet by doctors , so if you want to you can read my 360 page for my trials off this , as far as your question , get rid off all snacks and cokes replace by low cal low carb things ,or even food you hate , I bet you wont want to eat what you hate? This is helping me alot , and when out at store try to stay away from all goodies isles , make your self walk down the dog food isle to get too the meats. Sounds funny but yucck to dogfood lol

Stab it in your arm a couple of time and see if the pain is enough motivation to stop.

maybe because you choose food that tastes so damn good...if i had a brownie in front of me..ide eat it too...dont buy them...eat brussel sprouts...
