Im going to assume you're from India (or someplace in that region) since your refering to jackfruit and durian.. That goes to the believe of "hot foods" and "cold foods".. hot foods being believed to cause problems in pregnancy...

Theres no problems involved in eating fruit, however, as far as Papaya, jackfruit, ect, you want to make sure the fruit is ripe.. (theres something in the papaya's skin that when the fruit is unripe can increase the chances of early miscarriage).

Please talk to your doctor (OBGYN) on these kinds of questions. You don't want to trust strangers on your health while you are pregnant. But if you want to know what I heard while I was pregnant.... It is a good idea to drink WATER. You can have juice in moderation (it's a lot of sugar....you're better off having fresh fruits and vegetables). As for Coke, try to limit your intake. And be careful of all that caffeine. You don't want to consume a lot of caffeine while you're pregnant (maybe 1 or 2 Cokes or caffeine-free Cokes a day). Here's what one article said: Under "Foods to Avoid While You are Pregnant": Caffeine: While a small amount of caffeine (1 small cup a day) may provide a much needed lift for pregnant moms, in general caffeine should be avoided during pregnancy. High amounts of caffeine consumption have been linked with birth defects and increased risks of miscarriage. Remember that caffeine is present in many every day food items including chocolate, tea and soda. To play it safe you should avoid caffeine entirely during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy to reduce the likelihood of miscarriage. Daily caffeine intake of more than four to seven cups of coffee a day appears to double the risk of spontaneous miscarriage. Best wishes and good luck with your pregnancy!

Let me give you an idea. Your stomach pH (acid) is between 2 and 3. The pH of coke is 2.1! It is very unhealthy for you to drink so much coke and something that is unhealthy for you is unhealthy for your baby. Did you know that if you put a cent or screw in coke and leave it there long enough, the copper is disolved from the object. Do you think this is healthy? Juice also contains alot of sugar. Drink 100 fruit juice and also lots of water.

Things you should avoid
soft serve ice cream
pate
soft cheeses

Papaya and pineapple can bring on contractions so that is why they recommend you eat these sparingly. I don't know about some of the others, but oranges are perfectly fine.
