what is necessity of burqha for muslim lady?

naturally men are sexually aroused by seeing women. it is good that to make men not commit sin by seeing women body they wear burqha. but my question to all is this. imagine every women on the earth is wearing burqha. Can any one stop sinning? or will there won't be any rape in the world ? Can we stop prostitution? Adultery?
Burqha is a band-aid solution to the broken bones. The real cause can be explained like this. the great philosopher G.K.Chesterdon answered to a question asked in a news paper
What is Wrong with the world? he wrote a one word answer "I Am" our sinful nature makes us to commit sin.

As a precaution, women have to cumpulsorily wear the burkha,

here's what Allah says about Hijab Not Burqua (hijab = a scarf to cover the hair and neck)

" And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their private parts from sin and not show of their adornment except only that which is apparent, and draw their head covers over their necks and bosoms and not reveal their adornment except to And that they should not I strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And 0 you Believers! Turn you all together towards Allah in repentance that you may be successful." (24:31)

The word zeenah in the Ayah above, literally means adornment and includes both the woman's natural or physical beauty, and that with which they adorn themselves, such as, jewelry, eye shadow, attractive clothing, hand dye, etc.

Surah An-Nur spells out specifically the commands concerning the fact that a woman's natural beauty and her adornments are to be concealed from strangers except by what may show due to accidental or uncontrollable factors such as the blowing of the wind, etc., and what has been exempted (see explanation at end of this section).
Allah says: "0 Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their outer garments above themselves ( when they go out). That is better so that they may be recognized and not molested. And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful." (33:59)

you are not required to wear a tent like you see those Talibani women wearing! you are required to cover your hair.
many women now adays who live in more open Islamic societies
dont necessarily wear Hijab at all, some wear a modern looking Hijab, and some wear hats LOL!! it's up to the woman to decide whether to wear it or not, the purpose was to protect her from the perversion of MOST men (let's be honest).

Animal do not wear cloths, and their body feature is designed to withstand the weather conditions. They have lots hairs that shield them. We look at the body of Man and Woman we find difference, men are more hairy and women are less hairy. Biologically women need more shielding than men. It is not that just Muslim women wear good dress even christian nuns also wear good dress. Dress not just gives shield against the weather condition it also adds respect and dignity.

There is tendency among men - you may say basic instincts- that men want to see a women and women wants to show. Religion preached opposite of it. Men do not see, women do not show, On walking on the road you will notice easily men dress better than women. Women are better like men, no need to show their body cheaply.
