It's called EGO! To believe is to submit, and men have this age old idea that to submit is to be inferior! They don't realise that being submitted to Christ, is to recieve power in Him, wisdom, love, forgiveness, grace!

both are different things. Every men is aroused by when he sees a beautiful women. that's why bible say to men if you SEES a women with lust full eyes you are already committed adultery with her. Whether you are a men are women it takes a child like faith to believe in Christ.

Because to be what is considered a GOOD Christian, you have to submit from your will to the will of God.
As boys, we are taught to not submit, to be strong, to be in control, to be a leader, and to become a Christian, a boy/man would have to let someone else (God) have control, and that's very difficult for most males to do.
My wife and I have had many disucssions on this, and it amazes me that my wife is able to let God take control of her life, whereas, I have difficulty in letting someone else control our lives - much less MY life.
