Exactly the same as if it were a straight woman I wasn't interested in. I'd tell either of them that I'm not interested, that I'm flattered, but that it's not going to happen. Of course I'd find kinder words than those I came up with right now, but you see I'm tired, now. Anyway, that would be the idea.
Probably, letting him know I'm "hopelessly straight" might give him an idea, without hurting his feelings, if you make that a general statement, not an answer aimed directly at him.
