I don't think so. It contains even more sweeteners than Coke light and they are even more unhealthy than sugar.

And: If you drink something with a sweetener, you should always eat or drink something else directly afterwards, because otherwise you will get very, very hungry (it's a physical reaction to the sweeteners)

Sweeteners are even used as appetizer for the breeding of animals, because the animals will eat much more when they get sweeteners with their food!

If you want to drink something with less calories, you should choose Coke light because their is a bit of sugar in it, which will prevent you from getting hungry.

Personally, I don't think that Coke Zero tastes better than Coke light. I'd rather trinkt Coke light.

There is no difference between Coke Zero and Diet Coke. Read the labels sometime. Carbonated soft drinks are not bad for you unless you drink them in an excessive amount. Make sure to limit them to one or two a day and drink lots of water and/or fruit juice in between. Artificial sweetners will not cause cancer in humans unless you drink or eat an unthinkable amount of products containing it. If it was that dangerous it would not be on the market. Yes, these products carry warnings but the amount used on lab rats and mice was much much higher than any human would use.

Nope. Besides being a fizzy drink, which is not good per se (a lot of stuff there that is harmful), the non-sugar sweeteners are such a bunch of chemicals as to make it very bad to drink. Unless you are not allowed suger (e.g., diabetic), sugar substitutes are a no-no. Cencerogenic, etc.

Compare a non-sugar "diet" drink with its sugar laden sibling, I'd take sugar any day of the week. Fair enough, it's sugar and excess calories but sugar I can deal with and burn off. There's no telling what aspartame does to your body.

My wife insists that Diet Coke is more addictive than regular "full fat" Coke. Anyone find the same?

well one thing,i drink seltzer water and theres no sugar there folks.and if ur gonna drink soda, it would be even healthier to drink stuff made from real sugar rather that high fructose corn syrup, that stuff is bad for u also because their is so much in our diets.try drinking blue sky or sparkling water (which is fuckin-bomb by the way lol) u can get them flavored too but make sure their the sweeetner free ones not the artifical sweetened crap.hope this helps u lol

At college we did experiments using regular carbonated drinks with sugar, and sugar-free drinks, to test their effect on teeth. we used egg shells as teeth substitutes, and the sugar-free drinks caused more damage to egg shells than the regular drinks. It must be the added chemicals in them I guess. Also what other people have said about artificial sweeteners is true, they are really bad for you. I always have the regular drinks, but just try to make it only very rarely that I drink them.
