make sure if you are tired to get at least some sleep. you should sle2 for sets of 20 minutes or 2 hours. This is because you body goes into REM(deep) sleep after 20 minutes, but your body also come out of that cycle after 2 hours. It will make you more sleepy if you wake up in the middle of a REM cycle than after it is over. Some people even completely wake up in the night every 2 hours, this is a big reason why. so.....20 minutes, or 2, or 4, or 6, or 8 hours. sleep tight.

Yes, please go to sleep right now. I'm having the same problem, I get sucked into doing this all night and am tired the next day. A little sleep is better than none, so let's do it together. Come on.....one, two, three, TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER!
