Herbal teas each have their own, individual, medicinal value. I'm sure that there will be plenty of information on the internet for you to study but, as you say, peppermint is good for the digestive system, chamomile helps relaxation and is also good for eye conditions. (Use a cooled chamomile tea bag as an eye mask. Just lie back and enjoy. This helps aching, tired eyes, conjunctivitis and many other disorders. Liquorice root tea helps constipation and is absolutely delicious (providing you like liquorice of course). Do a little homework and you'll enjoy the research and the subsequent cups of tea. Edit. Don't pick or grow your own herbs for teas (correctly called Tissanes). Buy the ready packed tea bags because these will have the correct weight of herb per bag and will have been grown in hygeinic surroundings, unlike those growing wild or in your own garden. No-one will be selling dangerous herbs as drinks but all things should be taken in moderation so drink only as many, per day, as recommended by the maker.
