Depends what kind of dog it is. Dogs do not regrow teeth, unless they are deciduous teeth (baby teeth). Some dogs lose their last ones around 5 months of age, but some lose them later. If it is bleeding the dog seems like its in pain, it was most likely a permanent tooth. If you are really concerned, take it to a vet.
I hate to say it, but if it was a permanent tooth, theres nothing you can do about it.

Yes! Dogs are like people in this sense, they have a set of baby teeth that will fall out and be replaced by permanent adult teeth! Yur doggie is only 6 months old so tahts what happened.....should this happen as an adult then there might be need for concern!!! HAve fun w your pup!!

No, they have 2 sets of teeth like we do. Although my parents' dog was a freak and had 3.

It was likely a baby tooth. They lose those from between 4 months to 9 months.... Just as people do.

I have a yorkshire terrier, a bull terrier have had a doberman and a boxer and i can tell you that all of them have regrown their teeth. They have their puppy teeth which are really sharp and when these fall out they will get their adult teeth like us humans! so don't worry.

The specific tooth won't grow back BUT it might be a puppy tooth! If it's a puppy tooth, a new tooth will come in and replace it.
