ur insomniac? and ur a preeteen?, the best remedy, is exercise. GO outside, make a big bike race around ur block, empty ur energy. Ull sleep like a baby.

Don't toss and turn in bed. I kinda gets your brain thinking the bed isn't for sleeping. Watch some Baseball and listen to some Jack Johnson.

In the future don't eat anything close to bed and make sure you are getting exercise.
