Kiehls for normal to oily hair and DO NOT wash your hair daily; it stimulates the sebacious gland that makes the oil.

Try Kukui shampoo (you can find it online). It just takes a little bit and does wonders. Don't be distressed by the fact it is made from Kukui nut oil, it's not an oily shampoo. I have really oily hair...normally, I have to shampoo twice a day because it gets greasy, but I've been using this for a month, and don't need to shampoo but once a day, and my hair has become much thicker too. (Nope, not a salesperson, just a really enthusiastic consumer). Good luck!

Add baking soda to your regular shampoo and shake it up each time before using OR use a clarifying shampoo every other time you shampoo. YES- shampoo everyday puhleeese! Conditioner is the devil. Use detangler instead- only on the lower half. Tresemme Vit. C or Aussie Dual Personality shampoos. The best is Wella Balsam but you can't get it in the U.S. anymore. *sigh*

I used to have very oily hair. What worked best was Lemon Fresh Joy - the dish-washing liquid stuff.

Honest. I'm not kidding or trying to fool you.

I would put a little bit of Joy in about a cup of warm water, pour the mixture over my hair, then treat it jsut like shampoo.
rinse . repeat.

Seriously.

The hair place told me to to use a detangler and keep it off my scalp. I have very long hair and it is fine and tangles easily so I needed to find a way to deal with the tangles and my oily hair.

This is the product supercuts recomended but not on this site this site is not authorized to sell it
