Both butcher the English language. You never use the word "talk" in that situation, you use "speak". In addition, the sentence is far too wordy and an improved sentence would read;
"What topic do you most frequently speak with your sister about?"

Either you talk ABOUT or ON a topic or you discuss a topic. You cannot talk a topic. This being the case, I think the first one is correct (About what topic , etc)

The latter.(#2) By puuting About in that way you are asking "About" the word Topic not actually "what you talk about"

Stuff we bought at the mall.
And about stuff we did during the day or call to say something funny or pull a prank. And ask her to go somewhere with me. mall, photoshoot, beach, camping, rollerbladding, eat sushi, go clubbing etc...stuff like that
