How do you know she really likes you? Has she used body language? i.e. winks, she smiles, flirty giggles, holds your stare for longer than necessary, brushed past you purposely but when you've spoken with her she said something to you along the lines of 'Chad i really like you but i don't want a boyfriend at the moment'? or has she not used body language to indicate to you that she likes you but simply said something to you along the lines of 'Chad i really like you i don't want a boyfriend at the moment'? If she used body language and stated to you that she likes you but doesn't want a boyfriend it means shes just a flirt and probably flirts with alot of people because it makes men like you want her, she loves the attention and doesn't want any more than that. If however she didn't use body language but just simply said to you when you both spoke that she does like you but doesn't want a boyfriend then I'm afraid its just as simple as that, most likely just sees you as her friend Chad and nothing more, if she honestly liked you as much as you like her then she be well up for having you as her potential boyfriend but she doesn't, so let her go, as i think she would just be wanting to let you down with hurting your feelings as little as possible. x

Since you like each other but she isn't ready for a commitment ask if she wants to be best friends with benefits.
Or just be around all the time, once she sees how great you are she might change her mind. Be the kind of person she would want to go with and show her that if it's great to be with you now - imagine if you two were exclusive!

Well, the only thing you can do is just give her time to decide when she wants a bf. Spend time with her, hang out with her and maybe she'll realize that she might want more of a different relationship with you. If not, you're just going to have to respect her decision and live with it.

give it time, girls often change their mind, and maybe in time she'll want a b/f, just not now, just keep being her friend but let her have her space, don't force urself on her, let her come to you.

Leave her alone. You can't force human relationships.
