So the earth surface spins, at about a 1000 plus mph, with a radius of about 4000 miles, and a rotation per day that would put a verticle centrifugal force on the person standing on the equator... if you sum the forces also taking into account gravity, that means the person would weigh less on the equator than the poles... because on the pole this centrifugal force at the equator would not exist... so i know i missed something but what is it?

Thet would weigh less at the equator but you would need a sensitive weighing machine to pick up the difference. You will notice that when the Olympics are played in a country near the equator many more records are broken than usual.

The Earth is not a perfect sphere. It's bulged quite a bit at the equator. Therefore, the gravity is greater at the equator.
But, if a person could walk from the pole to the equator his weight remains the same because the Earth is spinning faster the close he gets to the equator, thereby maintaining his weight.

Net attractive force towards earth's centre more at poles than euator. At equator centrifugal force act against gravity.

You missed the off the earth measurements of weight. Your scales are set to zero before the measurement, in other words your scales are set against the centrifugal force. And we are talking a very sensitive set of scales.

Weight does change in relation to position but mass of an object...that's a different and more precise story.

and just to blow your mind, what would a guy jumping out of an airplane with a scale weigh? If he is weightless why is he still falling? ha ha ha

and if he's standing at the pole why doesn't he get dizzy?
because the earth only spins around once a day
but a grain of sand stuck on a basketball is humongous (in proportion) compared to a person standing on the earth
