You can't, ghosts do not exist.

Well, I don't question that you saw something, but here's the test of whether or not it was the spirit of a person. Was it in human form? Did it have human features? Was it wearing clothes?
If so, it probably was not a ghost. It could have been an "echo", or even possibly a demon in disguise.
If it didn't have a human form, but was just a presence of some kind, it's entirely possible that it was a haunting. There is actually one of those in my apartment, and I'm not the only one that has sensed it. Several of my friends have seen the spirit that I simply refer to as my friendly male ghost. He's male not because I've "seen" him in that form, but because his presence is very masculine. He's cool though, he doesn't bother me.
Whatever you do though, don't go seeking after this ghost or any other through methods like Ouija boards. You never know who, or WHAT, will come through. I say this from experience.

If you believe in them it will be real, I don't agree with the person that mention the bible, is in the book that they do exist; there is more to the bible than some people can see or want to see.
there are some spirits lost out there, they just haven't found the door to heaven, or the light.
some people die unexpectedly, some die in car crashes or by been kill by gang members, or drive by shooters, there so many examples,t heir souls and spirits hang around the universe until they realize they are not in this world anymore, others refuse to die, their spirits just travel in the universe until they find their way.
that's why we say "in peace she or he will rest, and for the ones that die before finishing a project in this world, it usually takes them a little longer to let go, or realize they are dead
unfortunately, we can't not prove it. they will have the last move, if they want you to help them get an answer, they will show you how and when, but remember, you got to believe, not to be afraid of them.

If u saw it ..then it wasnt a ghost.....u dont se them...they can only prove their existence by aquiring others live body. Yes but they can create illusions and make u see things that dont exist.

According to the Bible, there is no such things as ghosts. There are very real demons who will do their best to convince you that the Bible is not right by manifesting themselves as dead people who are still conscious. Be careful.

How do I prove it's real? That's up to you to prove it--not me, and since I don't believe in them I think you're wasting your time. Good luck with that.
