Its 1:38 am here in Texas and I am thinking of eating some Tacos with cheese and sour cream. You should eat something healthy too its late you know.

1) bake or buy an angel cake. when you're in the need to get something to eat at that time, get a slice of that angel cake. it's fat free :). **(something sweet)
2) snack on some healthy cereal, like cherios (i do that even if it's not 2 in the morn). **(something neutral, actually it depends on the cereal) ; or
3) grab a bag of saltine crackers... or rice crackers (japanese cracker - delic!!) ** (something salty)

an orange would be a great snack for this late. It is smart to eat healthy foods this late so that you don't end up storing too much junk.

Stay away from ice cream if you plan to go to bed soon. Nightmares galore, due to the slight lactose intolerance that we all suffer...
Otherwise if you're not, ice cream is the product of choice!

Drink a tall glass of chocolate milk and a big spoon of peanut butter!!! WORKS FOR ME!!! And I'm not fat I just lost all my pregnancy weight doing that!
