That really differs depending on the guy you're talking about. But a few things that are pretty steady are:
1. He looks for someone he can confide in. A friend as well as someone to date.
2. He looks for someone who can understand him, in a way his friends and family cannot.
3. He looks for someone he can truly be himself with. Someone he can be comfortable around.
4. He looks for someone he is physically attracted to as well as emotionally and intellectually. (the last 2 depend on the guy)
5. He looks for someone who shares his interests.
A guy wants a girlfriend he can be proud of. Someone that will make him the envy of all his friends. A woman is truly the glory of a man. The characteristics that make a woman perfect for a man differ depending on what each man wants.
My advice: Be yourself. You are the perfect woman *or man* for someone out there!

A lot ! just dat we dont realise it until a relationships is established, and pple start comparing who has who,who wear what and does what, but generally it begin with the looks ,then body, then personality, if the former 2 factor is good we tolerate the latter until it is no longer tolerable but if you are trying to attract some guy dont hesitate just walk up n say you would like to know him better,most guys will be sweep off their feet by a courageous gal, me included as well

Every guy have different standard. So there are some points to take note :
1) Someone who can understand him as some guys put career above all other things.
2) Someone whom he can be comfortable with.
3) Someone he is emotionally attracted
4) Someone who can share his problem and not create more problem
5) Someone who can provide some idea when he is lost

The look and appearance are very important factor for a guy looking for a girl friend. Don't get con by guys that look and appearance are not important, it bull ****. Because guys like people to admire their beautiful girlfriend and also compare their beauty among their friends girlfriend. So, trust me and you observe.

i hope they dont rule out the crazy, bubbly, fun, social and out-going type. cuz apparently these characteristics of mine are giving guys the impression that im not steady-gf worthy.
