Why i am not able to say SIR or how can i say it while asking something?

I work as H.E. in a company.But i cant just say use Sir while saying something.plz help me?

Huh? You want an example on how to use the word "sir" in a sentence?

1) Sir, can you please help me with this?
2) Can you please do this for me, sir?

Or to get someone's attention, just say "Sir!" or if you are going to follow it with a question, "sir?"
