Try eating a hamburger. Sounds like you're anorexic.

Anybody that's that intense in her size needs to know she is obsessed with a part of herself that's the last thing to attract REAL people who warrant your attention. It's healthy to want to exercise and feel good as it increases your feelings of self worth, but exercise is not the thing that's going to increase your popularity and peer acceptance. Increase your self esteem and nobody is going to notice if you have a big stomach, flat butt, or curvy butt. You are way more into your looks than anybody else will ever notice. If you are busy being charming, have a sincere smile, have healthy self-esteem, look at people when they talk to you, have good communication skills, and be an excellent listener rather than self absorbed, you'll discover your really old question is just that.......and you've discovered who you are and you are more than a size or a shape......you're a heart and attitude which people are a lot more interested in than a shape. For the girl that's infatuated with her own body, she may as well as create a lifesized cardboard picture of herself and take it everywhere she goes, put it in front of yourself and let it talk for you, so people will know they are just talking to an artificial person. You're the real thing, and enjoy your life rather than worrying about things that don't win friends.

First off you should not be 97lbs at your height. If you want to have a toned body look at doing pilates and ballet. Try eating all nutriend dense food and not junk food. Try having lean proteins, fish, chicken and turkey. Vegtables fruit and whole grains. Make sure to take a mutivitain. Work on having a high muscle tone and not a certain weight. 105 is a really good weight for your height. You just may need to be more toned. Best wishes and do some swiming for aerobic exaercise.

I'd say you'd just want to tone your body, not lose weight, which could mean gaining muscle mass. 97 pounds is borderline anorexic for you, since you're 5'2". Trust me, I'm the same height as you and I've been to 97 pounds. It's not very pretty. 105 is a very healthy weight.

Im sorry but you can not be fat at all if your 5'2 and only weigh 105. You sound like your anorexic like the other person said you need to eat something.

Do some exercise daily and cut down on fat like ice cream pizza and the worst of all: CHIPS stomach crunches are probably the best.

do crunches...it is like a sit up...but you only go so far so that your shoulder blades lift off ground, do them in a forwards direction, and on both sides..this will define your back and eventually eliminate the extra stuff in your stomach area..including the sides...and it will be nice lean muscle

also, builing muscle...will make you gain weight...so dont be freaked out if you gain..instead of lose bcuz muscle weighs more than fat

Forget exercise and go on the Beverly Hills diet by Judy Mazel. In 3 weeks you will probably have reached your ideal weight and feel and look better than you have in years.
