my friends girlfriend and i always hang out and talk on the phone for hours 7 on average and i know she likes me but she is going out with him what should i do

u're not a good friend. thats one thing for sure. to allow urself to get this far into things makes u an awful friend. if u dont care about this friendship no more, tell the gal to break up with her bf, then u tell your so-called friend that u've got a thing for his chick. if he punches u or hates u, trust me, u deserve it.
if not, try not to let this thing between u and his gal go any further. tell her u dont wanna hurt ur friend, and u two should cool down. at least until they break off. even then, it'll be tricky. u might have to wait at least a couple of months before u can ask your friend if he's ok with u seeing his ex. good luck.

back off think about one day when after she becomes to be ur girl she probably do the samething to u and then you will lose ur friend and her ,or u three guys got to talk about this on a table give the girl some time to make her final choice than you will feel free. if ur friend is a fine guy you both will trust each other best if u tell him everything

Talk to your friend about your feelings. Be honest and upfront. Do Not go after his girl unless they are quits and he is okay with it. Why ruin a friendship over a girls but always be honest.

Have her end the relationship with him and wait a few months before you let him know so it seems like it just happened after they broke up. He shouldn't be as pissed this way.

It depends on how close you and that friend are; and if she likes you enough she'll break up with him, don't waste ya time if not. And as a good friend you really should tell him too.
