I have been mulling it over in my mind and wasn't sure I should bother anybody with it as it is such an insignificant thing. I am having a few minor health issues and am asking if others will pray for me?I know this is selfish but I feel the need to ask.
Peace Be With You,
Debra

I am a Christian but I believe in the power of prayer and I believe in praying for others. " Where two or three are gathered in my name...."

You did a very wise thing, Debra. Problems are meant to be shared. Specially requests for prayers for health. Its not an insignificant thing. Its not selfish also. Bible commands us to pray for one another. I've just prayed for you. God will surely heal you. We thank God for the open doors He has for His children to come in any time and offer prayers of supplication and intercession. Praise God!!!!

Debra, with all respect, you know that I can't and you know the reason. I'm very sorry for that.

However, I can keep you in my mind and my thoughts, and I can offer myself as a voice to talk to if you ever feel that you need it.

I don't think your request is selfish. I think it shows your faith in humanity to help other people when they need it - which is a beautiful thing that we must never lose sight of.

If you're a true Christian then you can pray for yourself and that's all it takes. Anything you ask for will be given according to the Bible. It doesn't help more if ten people pray for you. And if you're not a Christian, and you're asking Christians to pray for you to help you, then I wonder why you're asking in the first place because you don't believe it will do any good (because you're not a Christian).

Hey Debra, you're not being selfish for asking for prayers. In John 16:24, Jesus invited us to ask so that our joy may be complete. Also, you're our sister in Christ. We're SUPPOSED to support and pray for one another. So yes, of COURSE I'll pray for you...I'll be happy to. :)

Know that you have the power within you. You are the creator of your reality and your thoughts have control over every subatomic particle. Your thought energy can be stronger than all other energy.

You are what you believe you are. Be what you want to be.

You are healthy and you are happy.

You are blessed.

You are God.
