Bah! I'm a pretty big beleiver in the metaphysics and karma and all that spirtual "mumbo jumbo"....My theory on life is very simple and I beleive being a good person is the key to a happy life. I try to help others out as much as I can just out of the kindness of my heart. If I make a mistake I normally realize it and do my best to make up for it. Karma is something I truely beleive in...and as great as things have been going for me lately, I feel like things are going a little more difficult than expected. I am dealing with the hardships well, but I just wish they would go away! What can I do to help alleviate all this pressure and stressful moments?

I believe in a Karma as well but have come to realize over the years two very simple things.

1) Sometimes there is nothing you can do to change things. This doesn't mean we shouldn't try. But sometimes the best way to be is just to be.

2) Crap happens. Yes a very simplistic world view I know, but true. Sometimes stuff doesn't happen for a reason. Or better yet the reason is not important. Just deal and move along.

As far as dealing goes, try morning prayers to your chosen Deity. That can alleviate loads of stress and give you that "someone is on my side" feeling. Also, get a councilor or just a really reliable friend who is willing to listen. Sometimes all we need is a willing ear!

Hope that helps.

Well, if you are a firm believer in Karma, then it's possible that your a believer in the other Buddhist tenets as well.

If so, just understand that you make your own happiness. Grow away from attachments and look at the situations that are irking you as opportunities for learning and growing as an enlightened being.

And, just so that you know, I'm giving this advice from personal perspective...but that being said, it's much easier for me on my end to give you this advice as I'm not living your life and have no idea of what is actually causing your problems.

I find it easier to take a step back from a situation once I recognize that it's a problem and think about what is best for everyone involved, including myself, and what will make everyone happy while also making me happy.

Love as always,

Sebastian

Mercury is going Retograde !!! It will be over in a couple days just hold on !!!

In general, Mercury rules thinking and perception, processing and disseminating information and all means of communication, commerce and transportation. By extension, Mercury rules people who work in these areas, especially people who work with their minds or their wits: writers and orators, commentators and critics, gossips and spin doctors, travellers, tricksters and thieves.

Mercury retrograde gives rise to personal misunderstandings; flawed, disrupted, or delayed communications, negotiations and trade; glitches and breakdowns with phones, computers, cars, buses, and trains. And all of these problems usually arise because some crucial piece of information, or component, has gone astray, or awry.

It is therefore not wise to make important decisions while Mercury is retrograde, since it is very likely that these decisions will be clouded by misinformation, poor communication and careless thinking. Mercury is all about mental clarity and the power of the mind, so when Mercury is retrograde, these intellectual characteristics tend to be less acute than usual, as the critical faculties are dimmed.

If you believe in karma, you have to believe in reincarnation. One is not without the other. Your sufferings are due to what you did in previous lives, but don't worry. Keep being good. Goodness is always rewarded. When your good karma outweighs the bad karma, you will suffer less and less.

Learn meditation and try and understand your religion better. You will be surprised at how scripture can intuitively give you answers to your problems.

I Believe something like karma is random, meaning good or bad is random weather you area good person or not. I have seen bad people go away with a fortune. Equally I have seen good kind hearted people get crap happen to them. You just have to roll with the punches hun and grin and bear it.

Sometimes when things don't show up when we want, and in a way in which we expect them, we become disappointed. But, the Universe is on it's own schedule, not ours.

The solution is to focus on the process and let the results take care of themselves. Try practicing detachment from the specific outcome that you want. I don't mean not to have a goal or a vision, but just to stay focused on your part of producing it, instead of waiting for it to show up in a particular time and way. :)

The difficult times in life are nothing but lessons waiting to be learned. It already sounds as if you've learned quite a lot.
Don't be scared or discouraged, just keep at it.

Any time you leave God out of the equation for life you are going to suffer. He created us with spiritual needs. Ignore them and you cannot be fully happy no matter what YOUR theory might be.

Maybe you just simply need to watch, "My Name is Earl" to understand what Karma is all about.
