It's my birthday party on Saturday and it's at the beach, I am definately not overweight, but was wondering if anybody knows of any crash diet that will make me feel good about my body by Saturday, good ab excercises or ways of eating. I have been eating a lot of eggs and fruit. By the way I don't eat meat.

It isn't healty, and I wouldn't recommend it for long term, but fasting drops weight quick for obvious reasons. ease up on water intake too and you'll see instant results. Of course you'll aslo be dizzy, sleepy and a cheap date when it comes to the liquor, but hey, that's the price you pay.

The Beverly Hills diet by Judy Mazel is the quickest way I know and still be really healthy. Five days and I dropped a whole size and was never once hungry or weak.

your question is ambiguous. so here is an answer.
buy a new swim suit so that your allready ok body isnt bulging any where or the suit isnt sagging. quit eating the eggs you will feel better about the gasses in the air

Salads are best any veggie. No butter very little salad dressing.
Drink alot of fluids natrual juices. I lost weight real fast doing this and felt good. And do some walking. It really works.

NO!!!! Never do crash or fad diets. I can tell you right now, there is no way you can lose more then 1 pound in a week, in a healthy way.
