Soak them in Olive oil. However much you need to. You will have to do this quit often but they will get soft again. Use the same towel and you can use the oil over and over if you want to. I don't know how bad you feet are, but a friend of mine had it so bad they were cracking and she uses it all the time. Her feet are fine now.

Lather your feet with lotion at least once a day. This usually works best at bedtime when you are crawling into bed and won't use your feet for a few hours. Try Mary Kay or St. Ives feet emolient and scrub as well. Apply lotion to your feet every night. Hope this helps.

Look for a lotion w/ milk products in it. Put it on your feet at night before you go to bed. Then sleep with sock on. If it is too warm to wear socks cut the toes off that will help keep you cool. Works like a charm.

Before going to sleep, rub a very generous amount of body lotion on your feet. Very generous. Then put on clean cotton socks, and keep them on during the night. You feet will be a lot better tomorrow morning.
