Try eating and apple or an orange or pear with fit n low yogurt as a dip. It works for me.
Make a salad using lettuce, sliced pears which can be canned in water, low fat mayonnaise or fit n low as a topping.
Buy one of the new South Beach dessert power bars located in the supermarket next to the granola bars on the cereal aisle.
Try baking a box of angelfood cake mixed with a can of comstock lemon pie filling. These are the only ingredients. Then bake in a 9X13 cake pan at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cut in 1 inch squares. Weight Watchers only has 2 points. Just don't eat the whole thing at once.

If you are on this diet for medical reasons, ask your health advisor to direct you to a suitable dietician, who can help you with all the recipes, and food combo ideas you'll need.
I'm sure there are web sites offering specialized eating regimes, for people like you with restricted food ranges.
Good luck!!
