Some people say Harry Potter is Satanic, others say Doungens and Dragons is Satanic, others say that Wicca is Satanizm, I thought that Satanists read the Satanic Bible and warshiped Satan/The Devil. Why is anything magical considered Satanic..... what about Fantasia? Is Mickey Mouse a Satanist?

So far most responces have a Black and White 'you are with us or you are against us' mentality, a logic commonly found in the president..... and the Sith.

"Now, Wicca is not satanism PER SE, however, I was Wiccan, and I can tell you that it's not a problem until you walk away from it. I've been under attack since I left, and I'm not the only one who knew so. I've had other Wiccans and witches tell me that they saw a mark on me, that I was or had been into it, and many Christians have told me the same thing.
Satanism physically allows demons in. Wicca does not. "
I'm sorry, but this whole paragrah confuses me......

For the majority of Christians the term Satanist applies to virtually anybody who doesn't see it the same way.
Applying the definition to things like a children's story such as Harry Potter or a game like Dungeons and Dragons is the most ridiculous, narrowminded thing I have ever heard.
The people who share this view often cannot give a rational explanation for it- my mother used to belong to a church which didn't believe in television. It took almost a year to explain to her the simple concept of : Just because you don't believe in it, doesn't mean you can't watch it. Most of the reasons given to me by members of my mother's church involved passages in the Bible concerning false idols. This view I find to be ridiculous because I watch television for entertainment, I don't worship the ******* thing and sacrifice animals to it. Simpletons. I sometimes wonder if there's a reason that the Bible reads at only a fifth grade level.
Wiccans are not Satanists and are the most peaceful group there is just about- far from being evil- the Wiccan Rede ends with the words: "Harm none and do what you will."
As far as Satanism is concerned there are different types of Satanists. Evil, psychotic mentally challenged nutjobs who worship evil and those who follow the teaching of Anton LaVey who are anything but evil. The Satanic Bible written by LaVey is nothing what anyone who hasn't read it thinks it is. I myself am not a follower but own the Satanic Bible and keep it alongside my Christian Bible, Teachings of Buddha, Quran and other religious texts.
To tell you the truth, the Satanic Bible written by LaVey makes more sense than any of them. It is inspired by almost pure logic. You should spend the $12.00 and read it before forming your own opinion. After all, what harm can reading a book do anyone?
If any hardcore Christians or anyone else from another religious group for that matter is reading my answer you should obtain a copy of the Satanic Bible yourself for no other reason than to know your enemy and know what the hell you're talking about when you condemn it.

Anyone who says that Harry Potter or Dungeons and Dragons are satanic are out of their effin' mind. Or just really narrow-minded and ignorant. That said, to me, a satanist is one who follows the teachings of satanism. I've read the satanic bible, so I know what that's all about.
Now, Wicca is not satanism PER SE, however, I was Wiccan, and I can tell you that it's not a problem until you walk away from it. It seems that every Christian has a different definition of what a Satanist is. Everything you mentioned though is wrong, Satanists don't even worship Satan, they don't actually believe such a being exists. Satanism is an atheistic religion.
Written by a Satanist:
"Satan is not a real, living entity, conscious or a physical thing that can be interacted with. It is a symbol, something ethereal, something that basically doesn't exist except as an emotional attachment and personal dream. Just like Buddhists do not worship Buddha, Satanists hold up Satan as an ultimate principal rather than an object of literal worship. Satan inspires and provokes people, like all (honest) religions the ultimate point is self-help. God believers have a different opinion on what Satan is, but their opinion is a result of their religion. Satanism's Satan is much more eclectic and multicultural than to be defined by Christianity or Islam."

Truth be told - Satanists worship Lucifer and use the Satanic Bible penned by Anton LeVey, black witches believe they are able to tap and control into the darker spiritual forces (and they might believe it's for good purposes), white witches believe they only taping into the good or positive energy for the good. This is very much an oversimplification and I apologize if its too general.
Most Christians (I'm defining Christians here as Bible believing) believe that since it's almost impossible to discern correctly what you're taping into (and this is based on a great deal of passages in the Bible), there is a huge danger in play with these forces.
I have a friend that's a former black witch, and she started out in Wiccan, but is now a Christian. She said that ultimately she learned that all the power she was taping into came from the same source and it was extremely dangerous.
I'll simply take her word for it.

From what I understand, Christians think that anyone not actively worshiping the Christian God is in league with the Devil. This does not make them a Satanist, however, for Christians also belive that these poor folks do not know that they are in fact pawns of Satan.
For example I have heard this more than once:
"Wiccans worship God and Goddess, so they are infact worshiping a lie since there is only one God. That lie is Satan. Therefore you are worshiping Satan."
Wiccans, Buddists, Hindus, ect ect ect.. we are all worshiping Satan according to the Christian Fundies.
Again anything, ANYTHING that does not honor God is basically Satanic. Music, movies, books... the list goes on and on. Especially if it gives an alternative view point to religion or faith. Then it is a product of the devil himself.
If you are Chrisian and do not feel this way then I am sorry. I draw my conclusions from the fundimentalists, which I have the most contact with.
Hope that helps.

I know that you're trying to lead the question, but most Christians are interested in Truth.
Satanism
Satanism, an inversion of religion that parodies conventional faith by venerating evil instead of good. Despite rumors of widespread satanic crimes, organized satanism is rare. For the most part, it appears to pose no physical threat either to its members or to outsiders. The beliefs and practices of ritual satanists are almost entirely unknown because of their diversity and secrecy. Although some organized satanic activities resemble those of witches and neopagans, the latter object to the comparison (see Witchcraft). Ritual satanists uniformly reject the popular association of satanism with child abuse and animal mutilation.
The modern fear of organized satanism can be traced to the wave of panic over witchcraft that swept through Europe from about 1450 to about 1700. Inspired in part by the rise of heterodox (in conflict with accepted religious beliefs) but nonsatanic religious movements, this panic is now recognized to have been groundless. Later it was believed that satanic ritual centered on a so-called black mass, a parody of the Catholic Mass. However, reports of such ceremonies were usually extracted from people under duress or torture and seem to have little basis in fact.
In the 1980s a new satanism scare arose in the United States. This scare was based on rumors of a sophisticated network of ritual satanists engaged in a coordinated campaign of child abduction and abuse, including ritual sacrifice. Although satanic symbols were occasionally found at crime scenes, no evidence for a large-scale, organized network of satanists was uncovered. Allegations of satanic crimes against humans were often based instead on controversial so-called recovered memories, which are recollections brought to consciousness through psychological therapy (see Psychotherapy). Alleged ritual cattle mutilations proved to be the work not of satanists but of animal predators.
The satanic organizations active today are small and are of recent origin. The most prominent, the Church of Satan, was founded in 1966 in San Francisco, California, by American Anton Szandor LaVey, whose philosophy is essentially a form of hedonism (the doctrine that pleasure is the principal good). A group that grew from the Church of Satan, the Temple of Set, was founded in 1975 by American Michael Aquino and others. As of the mid-1990s, these two groups together had perhaps a few hundred widely scattered members. Several smaller groups exist as well.

Anyone who worships Satan and does the weird things is called a Satanist. The Bible forbids indulging in magic, astrology, voodoo, all supernatural phenomena like ESP, etc as they are Satanic practises. Believe on Jesus and the His power to save you from all unrighteousness and sin. Don't hate any religion or its people. Just pray that God would reveal Himself unto them. Pray for them in love.

I think you'll find most Christians believe that anything of a spiritual nature that isn't part of their own belief system is satanic in nature. The mistake a lot of them make is putting the label of satanist on anyone who believes in anything of occult nature.
Then again, the definition of occult varies wildly.
The fact is, it really depends on which Christian you speak to...

Deuteronomy 9:When you are entered into the land that Jehovah your God is giving you, you must not learn to do according to the detestable things of those nations. 10Â There should not be found in you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, anyone who employs divination, a practicer of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, 11Â or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. 12Â For everybody doing these things is something detestable to Jehovah, and on account of these detestable things Jehovah your God is driving them away from before you. 13Â You should prove yourself faultless with Jehovah your God.
