doesn’t want to enforce the laws they themselves imposed on us, aren’t those who want the undocumented workers deported really the ones disobeying the authorities? Romans 13 tells us that all authority comes from God and that we must be in subjection to it. "Therefore he who resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God."

hayleylov, You claim these people are selfish for coming and taking all the benefits. Aren't you being selfish for denying those benefits to them? Who would you rather be selfish you or them?

The real issue about the government of America is that they have lost the support of there people. Everyone says that we should go into Iraq because they were a threat but then there was no real evidence to back that up. Then when the people want to go out of war then the government cant even consider it or try it. Dangers grow and terrorism multiply because the american government and the other 32 countries supporting the war are killing more innocent people that want justice for there died loved ones. Many countries people are realizing the truth of why we are at war. The american government has dropped the ball by using Sept. 11, 2001 as a pretense into going into war and occupping the land. The 3,000 plus people that died in the twin towers did not die for war, they died trying to help each other in a crisis that, by the way our own government helped construct to have a tighter grip on controlling peoples choices by constructing false statements that have not lead to any truth of the world issues. There is enough people that have seen the physical and logical evidence that was left behind in the Sept. 11 th conspiracy. We are seeing a big change in the world and we have our own government to thank for that. But I still believe that there is hope for the american and the international people. We will shape the reality in which we choose that will bring understanding and peace through out peoples minds. We will stop the global warming and the war that is esculating that will become the biggest event in history if we all dont try to unite so the world can hear us. If our government...... were to listen to there people.
And the guy under me. What about all the 30,000 plus innocent people that died by bombs from america that were suppose to hit the terrorist? What about the reason to go into war? There is no support of proof that supports americas claims.

i believe in god but the bible is filled with stories where god told people to protect the land ,borders, kill those people etc etc, and babylon was the first town that promoted open borders and heres more
president bush Inaugural Prayer Reverend Kirbyjon Caldwell Offers
Thursday, January 20, 2005
"Oh Lord God Almighty, the supply and supplier of faith and freedom, how excellent is Your name in all the earth. You are great and greatly to be praised. God, as we conclude this 55th inaugural ceremony, we conclude it with an attitude of thanksgiving. Thank You for protecting America's borders. After all, the Psalmist reminds us, unless You, O God, guard the territory, our efforts will be in vain.
Exodus 23:20-31 "I will establish your borders from the Red Sea to the Sea of the Philistines, and from the desert to the River. I will hand over to you the people who live in the land and you will drive them out before you.
Exodus 20:12-17 "You shall not covet your neighbor's house. You shall not covet your neighbor's wife, or his manservant or maidservant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor."
Proverbs 25:17-17 17 "Seldom set foot in your neighbor's house-- too much of you, and he will hate you."
Leviticous 19:11-"'Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly."
In chapter 13 of the apostle Paul's Letter to the Romans, the English translation reads, "Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. Therefore he who resists the authorities resists what God has appointed...
Romans 13:1-2). Clearly, this is advice to Christians to follow the laws of their nation and to respect the laws of other nations.
Although Christianity encourages acts of charity, we cannot be both charitable and law breakers. We cannot rob Peter to pay Paul. The Archbishop of Mexico City should be encouraged to prevent Mexicans from coming illegally to the U. S. He should encourage Mexicans to work for Christian social change in Mexico instead of criticizing U. S. immigration policies. Unless the Mexican state changes, many Mexican citizens will never be able to have a fulfilled life. Nor can they find fulfillment by breaking U. S. immigration laws. To push the poor from your door to your neighbor's door is not an example of Christian charity.
this is where this gets sticky both sides could justify this with the bible so whos right? as far as god is concerned ? helping people is one thing being ran over by them is somthing else ! they can come legal you know.

No, Hayleylov and the rest of us who are opposed to illegal immigration are NOT being selfish - why should we be giving OUR benefits paid for by US to a selfish, greedy people who are invading our country and demanding these things that they did NOT work for and are NOT entitled to!!?? They should be looking for these things in their own country!! We try to look after our OWN and we have plenty legal US citizens that need benefits in our country, without others expecting us to support them TOO! Are you selfish if you own a home and a nice car and have any money in the bank if you don't cash it ALL in and hand it over to illegal immigrants? You cannot speak about anyone being selfish unless you have given up all of your worldly riches to give to these illegal immigrants! PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS!!

Lesson 1 of "Intro to Debating"
Never bring religion into politics unless the campaign or event taking place already houses religious acts or thoughts in its cause.
Rule of thumb, basing political views on religion never works. Why? Because here in America, the citizens have free religion. Which means they can practice any religion they choose at any given time.
If you are attempting to prove politics by stating scripture, you will fail. Simply because not everyone believes what you choose to practice.
Just follow this rule, it will not only save your breath, but maybe even keep you out of trouble.
Good luck... :)~

doesnt sound like there is an authority. True Americans that have the hearts in America... dont want America to lose its identity. Thats why it is important that someone regulates immigration and restricts a surge of One countries citizens setting the balance off in our population!

People always say the government did this or the government does that yet we all forget that
WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT!!!
That's why we can't really take civilian casualties because every single "civilian" is a member of the government and can be held accountable for what the government does.

Your right our government is bad -no dispute there.
You really need to quit using God--I don't think he likes it.
And the rise I think your looking for in some people by asking these questions using God -isn't working-nice try. Or maybe it is-who knows.
