I used to take Soma for muscle problems, but a few weeks ago I was taking it to be motivated, when only hours later it made me tired. I have not take it now since June 20th, but sometimes I think of taking it, but I dont want to get started again, how can I stop thining about, it gets hard because I just broke up with my boyfriend of almost 2 years, and I am sad.

when you are talking about medication the only person whose answer should count is a doctor. my opinion on the matter is that you shouldn't mess around with medication on your own. an easy thing to say...sometimes not so easy to do.

but if you are really unsure, just talk to your doctor about your concerns.

Taking pills is an easy option to feel better, but in the long run just replaces one thing with another. Look for healthier options- phone a friend to talk to, take a dog for a walk, visit a lonely old person in anursing home. These will have better long term results.
