Definitely not too young to love someone, but emotional love is different from mature love. Mauture love is love that grows on you and thats the kind that will last. You will figure it out later.

You are too young to love. The emotion you are feeling is a mix of lust and hormonal changes going on throughout your body. It is perfectly healthy to base a relationship based on this lust, or "luff", if you will.
