Find out the reason why its falling apart and if u r not realistic or sensible or practical or intelligent enough to do this u just need to talk ur heart out to somebody u TRUST ... and /or talk to qualified proffessional after u have spoken to somebody u trust.. and hopefully that person could guide u to put ur life together again and on the right track as u want it to be.. cos ultimately u should be comfortable with the advise u are getting.... frankly no one can give u advice on something that u havent mentioned clearly what it is about... ur question is pretty vague... sorry to say this but its the truth.. hope ur problem is solved...

I am not a Christian by any means, but pray. Jesus rocks. He's always there and is a great listener. Ask him to comfort you. He will. He's the best.

Additionally, do something good for yourself! Screw everyone else. Set some goals for yourself, like getting a degree or moving to the city...whatever. Go out and sit in the park for a while. Just being in the sunshine will make you feel better. If all else fails, find a therapist.

Good luck and best wishes.

If you're religious, you can pray. If not, just try to do things that make you happy and that might put you in a better frame of mind. At any rate, don't keep it inside; try to talk to someone you trust. It will help.
