i am looking for a pot i saw on tv, it's like a pressure cooker, made in Europe, i think. makes cooking fast

it's a pot that has a lid that seals like a pressure cooker, but the 'steam' is not hot, it is cool. Also you can put in frozen ground beef, pasta, and sauce and when it is done cooking, you have a meal in a pot. it showed different meals made with frozen chicken, etc. the cooking time is cut in half, or close to it.
