Satan and God disagreed. God banished Satan because of his belief. God told Satan that if he could prove his claim then he could come back no questions asked. Satan said that god was wrong. God said he was infallible. God sits on one side of the chest board and Satan sits on his throne on the other side. Both watch as humans rush around on the board and both look for proof of the others claim. Stephen hawkings was on here and asked what it would take for the human race to survive another hundred years? If we don't last, who wins? I guess what I'm asking is--does anyone truly know gods designs. Are we meant to exist for only a certain amount of time as a race. Every species eventually will become extinct because the environment keeps changing. Natural and sociological environments. If we were mean't to exist for all eternity, then why are there so many obstacles to overcome for life to just simply continue?
I wasn't quoting anything with my hypothectical god and devil example. Okay?

This may truly be the reality of our existence. Our time as head preditor on Earth may one day end.

The human race has survived for 5700 years according to Jewish recokoning. To believe we have less than a hundred left is strange!

God and Satan do disagree. God believes man is good, man has faith and man believes in God.

Satan says the man can be tempted, ruined and dragged into the abyss and at such a time man will lose his fath and goodness.

And there will be an end. The Bible says so and much of Science agrees. Science says the sun will eventually burn out or the Universe will colapse upon itself. The Bible says there will be a fight against good and evil.

We may already be experiencing it and not even know it.

Cars and factories are evil. They are evil to the environment. The burn up air, soon it will be faster than it gets replaced. They kills the rivers, lakes and oceans.

Huge fishing fleets deplete the seas of speices.

Man is waging war against himself.

If global warming is real they day may come when we no longer see the sun in the sky. Smog, CO2 and other layers may cover the entire earth, making it more like Venus.

We, however, don't know that it's real.

If you connected the radiators of every car in the world to the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, what would the mean water temperature be in 50 or 100 years?

How many thousands of degrees is the block of a car?

How much water does it pump?

There are 50 million vehicles registerd in California alone!

Each of those vehicles sucks in air and puts out CO2 and CO out the tail pipe!

The sad thing is, every church has a parking lot!

Go to Alaska and go up the coast in a boat. You will see SMOG in the air.

Satan tempts man and succeeds

Satan could pull off the biggest coup in history and convince man to end his own world.

In 40 years of industrializatoin China has succeeded in polutting their own rivers and lands!

We cut down the rainforrests, kill the plantkon in the oceans, how are we going to make air to burn into all those cars?

On the good side, oil runs out in 100 - 150 years.

Think paying $3.50 a gallon is bad now, what another 50 years!

Where once the Chinese rode bicylces everywhere, today they drive and have SMOG in their cities!

We may not have to wait for a fighting war between Santan's forces and God's forces or between Muslims and Christians. We are alreadying fighting outselves and don't even know it!

Cars are the biggest cause of second hand smoke. It's in our homes, your nurseries, your schools and your places of work.

SMOG does cause lung disease. IT does contribute to emphysema. IT probably causes cancer, because petrolium distliates are known to have cancer causing elements in them!

One day, maybe you'll see smog when you look accross your living room from the back hallway. Maybe you'll see a layer of brown stuff hanging in the living room!

The end it coming, but I think it's further off than 100 years.

I think the point is that God wanted some more company, so he made humans and such. First, however, he needed to test them on earth. That way he knew he was getting the very best.

Also, Satan is not the antithesis of God. He's not nearly as powerful. If you believe in all that stuff, then God created Satan. That means that God will always beat Satan because God is all powerful, and Satan merely has the powers God gave him.

What I have to say might make you feel a bit sick, First of all God created something that was perfect in this case perfect evil and he created satan as his number one satan on the other hand thought He was God and this competition began What was Gods plan I don't know but sense he gave us the rules to play the game with it's very interesting to see what his plan really is. We will recieve great rewards so here's my theory
It's better to be at the bottom of Gods list than to be at the top of someone elses

The Bible explains all these things. Satan deceived Eve into believing that she could be like God and choose to rule herself. She presented herself to Adam and he chose to die with her rather than trust God to give him a new woman who would make better decisions. Jesus gave up life in heaven temporarily and life on earth permanantly so that each of us could also have the choice to obey God or do our own thing. Once this issue has been proven for all man and angels to see for themselves that God has the absolute right to rule over us, Satan and all the demons will be abyssed, the second resurrection will take place and all those people will be taught and allowed to choose--THEN, humans will have one last chance to choose between Satan and Jehovah God. If they choose Satan, they will die with him and the demons. If they choose Jehovah, they will live forever.

Your question is quite confusing. I don't believe in Satan because if he existed, God would have no purpose for him. God hates Satan and he hates everything he represents. Therefore, since God is "all-powerful" (omnipotent), he would simply rid the universe of Satan. Better yet, Satan wouldn't have ever existed because God is also "all-knowing" so he would have always known that he wouldn't need a Satan character.

Yet since god made heaven (and the universe) he also made hell!
Doesnt tell you that anywhere in the bible.
So some where along the line they must have agreed. Maybe that a bad place was a good place!
Just goes to show you how crazy christians are.
Imanagne if god new everything (which he supposdaly does) all along he had planes for people to go to hell the devil might as well be god! now i will swear off christains *******

Every species will not become extinct because the environment keeps changing. Changes in environment speed up evolution of new species by creating new niches in which a mutation might have an advantage

I believe God and Satan are the same in our terms of reality. They are the 2 personalities of God... his loving side and his hateful side. He has created us for a purpose and it is becoming more and more obvious what this purpose is. He has a mold for us.. to advance into space and complete tasks in his name. God can create and destroy but not manipulate through direct interaction. This is where we come in... he uses his control of us to complete tasks he himself cannot perform. Our destiny as I see it is to return to his garden (space) and do to it what he wills. Will we make it there? I think we are not the only ones he has created. Some species will fail and others will succeed... we have to prove ourselves before he makes it possible for us to escape our 1 god given home, earth. The devil is his perpetuation of vengeance in which this evil side of him will destroy us if we fail. God however, is his loving side that will reward us if we succeed. Am I telling you this is absolutely true? No, just my personal beliefs. Find what you feel is true in your heart... because even if its wrong God put those feelings there for a reason. In some sense its not the truth that sets us free, but the truth of faith.

If we believe the bible is god's word, then we'd want to understand the account of devil is rather biased. The atrocities attributed to the old testomony god, the perception he values people believing in him better than the moves done by using the individuals, the theory that i'm considered to be sinful because someone 6,000 years in the past ate some fruit, etc. If god and devil exist, i will take my opportunities with the devil - besides the actuality that he does favor to employ a respectable promotion branch to dealw ith god's spindoctoring
