If Kim doesn't know what to do then I wouldn't let her in my hair. There should be a needle in the highlighting kit also. Comb your hair to the back and place the cap on your hair like you would a rain bonnet. Next use the needle to pull hair through the cap. Pull in desired style and put the highlighting mixture onto the pulled hair. Let set for desired time and take off the cap and wash, shampoo, and condition hair.

there should be directions in the box, if not you should bring it back & ask to exchange it for one that has the directions.
what you'll have to do is make sure your hair is not tangled(but don't brush your hair too much, just remove the tangles) you can even apply some oil sheen to your hair. Place the cap on your head & pull the hair through the holes with the lil hook, try to keep the hair being pulled through the same size & don't pull too much or you'll just end up dying too much hair.
You need the actual directions to know how long to keep it on the hair to get the desired color

Use the pick they gave you to pull the hair through. Those are the strands you put the color on. I'd really stay away from the cap though. Use the comb in kind. It's so much easier, and it doesn't affect the hair around it. Plus, you can see what the results are going to be as far as spacing and width go.

ok wait
look and see if the product has a website.
if not
you mix the packets together AFTER you pull the hair through the cap, and leave it on about 30 min, don't let the coloer dry, it quits working if you do.
if you have more ???? email me!
