Should I dye my hair with Loreal Exellence Cream in Medium Ash Blonde (that looked closest to my natural color)?

My hair is also permed, and as far as I can tell, the Sun In hasn't visibly damaged my hair. It still looks the same, it's just the color I don't like. I shows up blonde in pics (I look dumb w/ blonde hair) and I'm going to be in a wedding soon where I'll be in a TON of pics!

I have also tried Fanciful Toner from Sally's, and the color from that didn't look right...

I'm not STILL using Sun In, I just did it once, and I want to know what I should do to fix the color before I'm photographed in an upcoming wedding!

NOO!! Sun in is very bad for your hair & there is basically nothing you can do. If you try to dye over it yourself it may turn out terribly wrong. I suggest having a profesional look at it & see if they are able to help you out, you may have to let it just grow out of your hair.

Ash might turn you hair green in the summer, especially if you go into a clorinated pool. It would be safer to use a lotion toner. A beauty supply store would have this and a knowledgeable person that works there would be able to assist you in finding it. As the lotion toner doesn't contain any peroxide, and it really works to get rid of the contrast between the light & dark and will give you the natural look you would like to return to! It works, I found Born Blonde lotion toner, works best. I hope you can find it, perhaps at a Salley's Beauty Supply. I hope this helps!

You just fried your hair with Sun In. I used to use it & Touch of Sun all the time. It fried my hair so dry that it broke off in small pieces if I didn't super condition it. I made the mistake of getting a perm over that crap & it turned my hair to mush. I spent 10 weeks going to a salon to get deep conditioning treatments to save my hair. I also had to cut it almost boy short to get the damage gone. Go to a professional salon & ask if they can do anything. Most likely, they'll tell you to wait & use conditoner & shampoo for dry/damaged hair. Next time, try Herbal Essences highlight kits with the green double prong comb or the brush.

there are countless differing sorts of things obtainable on the marketplace. for my section, i'd favor a salon line like Bedhead's Dumb Blonde. that is somewhat extra severe priced yet very woth it. Or, you ought to attempt sheer blonde by using John Frieda, that is a little more inexpensive. also, yet another component that you'll do, is yet those organic highlighting sprays. You spray them on your hair, then you honestly favor to bypass sit down interior the solar or it received't artwork. The solar lightens your hair, the spray only speeds it up. also, you could spritz alcohol or vodka on your hair then bypass sit down interior the solar.

Don't use Sun In to long. My daughter did when she was a teen and it fried her hair bad.
