My hair is basically the same length as the guy in the link below, but I want to know what he uses to style his hair like that.

Basically, I like they way my hair looks when I comb it back (I have wavy hair) while its still wet after taking a shower, but when it dries, it becomes all frizzy, falls down on my forehead and basically looks like a 70's hairstyle.

Any suggestions?

Also, which product already mentioned has the least amount of flaking? I have a bad habit of using my hand to brush my hair back continually, and at the end of the day there are FAINT signs of flaking.

use an anti frizz serum that is garanteed or ur money back, I learned that lesson like two years ago

Looks like gel to me. Might be a pommade. I'd try go to your local grocer and try to find some L.A. Looks holding gel. It works really well :)

probably just some pomade or regular hair gel. he runs it through his hair while its wet or damp and combs it back. u can finish off with a light hair spray for longer hold.
