Tell him how you feel. Make him make a choice, show him you are a better option. People stay in a situation (dating, job, house, whatever) until 1)They find something better 2) They get dumped/fired 3) The situation becomes so bad they want out. You can control #1, you can't control #2 or #3 (ie, you can't make the girl dump him nor can you make the girlfriend do something bad) so just say how you fell and see if it moves him.
