I'm sorry to hear that you're anorexic.

I experienced that also, several years ago. I know how much it hurts to start eating again. I had stomach cramps and would accidently throw it up.

I finally just decided to take it slowly.
One small bite of something that was a carbohydrate.
Fruit and vegetables are too hard on your stomach, when it hasn't digested anything in a while.

Try crackers, cookies, small thin peices of deli sliced meat,
fruit pie, pudding, jello and toast for the first 2 days.

Just keep increasing the amount of food you chew and swallow every day until the cramping stops. Then you will be able to eat a hamburger and vegetables or whatever, and keep it down, with no pain.

It only took me about 4 to5 days and I was back to eating normally again.

Good Luck!! AND EAT!!! Just start out slowly.

1. Ensure food is properly prepared/cooked

2. Find yourself serving implements, such as utensils and/or plates and bowls.

3. Place food upon the plate or in the bowl.

4. Using utensils (or your fingers, whichever you prefer) raise a bite-sized portion to your mouth.

5. Chew.

6. Swallow.

Open your mouth
Put food in
Close mouth
Chew (moving mouth up and down)
Push food back with tongue
Swallow (moving food down the throat to your stomach)

Repeat

Always wash your hands before eating and use proper table manners at all times.

Always keep your mouth closed while chewing and therefore you won't make any smacking noises which would not be polite.

open mouth, insert food item (careful, I know this one can be tricky, but good rule of thumb is if its alive, on fire, melting your skin, or smells funny, do not proceed to next step) begin up and down motion of jaws, continue until food item looks like granny's dinner, then swallow (I think youre familiar with the swallow part)

if its chicken or meat pick it up with ur fingers n put it in ur mouth chew a few times then swallow it if its soup use a spoon or a glass and just drink it

use a fork, pick it up with it and put the fork to your mouth and open, then chew till it mushy and use your muscles in your throat to push it in your tummy.
