your friend trusted you on this matter . if this is about your friend abusing drugs. marrage. or things other that can harm her or others you need to let someone know in time you just might save your friends life as well others involved in this matter. . my opion .?

Try to create a distance between you and this friend
By that I mean that you should not see or call as often
and tell that friend that you're really not interested
Once this friend has gotten over this, your friendship will come back,

Don't tell anyone... She trusts you to keep the secret. But, if it's something dangerous, like pregnancy, dr-gs, cheating on their luver or something else, then tell someone. Otherwise, if it isn't that bad, don't tell...
