depends- really muscle-y parts like the legs and biceps and maybe jaws and butt are gonna be dark meat. less muscle-y places like ribs, are gonna be white. this is because of myoglobin-harder working muscles need more myoglobin to function properly. when muscles have more myoglbin, they're darker when cooked.

Both, depending on which parts. In chickens and turkeys, the flight muscles, not adapted for sustained use, have less oxygen-carrying myoglobin than the walking muscles, and are thus lighter in color. This is the distinction between "white meat" and "dark meat. So we would get divided up too.
I know it looks white cause I seen on one of those "Scariest Video" shows, some guy ran out of a fire and his skin was just dripping off of him and he appeared to be a well cooked white meat.

Dark meat in developed humans, as they have had time to develop muscle. However, white meat within babies and young toddlers, as their muscles are still developing.
